General Settings

Purpose

General Settings define the overall Teller experience for callers.

This section controls how a call starts, how callers authenticate, which menus they hear first, and how callers navigate menus using standard menu navigation or Expert Mode.

Use these settings to establish the default call flow from the moment a caller connects until they reach the main banking menu.
